• If you make a physical or digital purchase through a partner linked from this site, please contact that partner to resolve any issues. This includes Itch.io, DriveThruRPG, and Modiphius. We are unable to provide support for those purchases.
• Physical orders made directly from tomkinpress.com can be cancelled and refunded before they are shipped. If the product includes digital content that you have downloaded, the cost of the digital version will be deducted from the value of the refund. 
• We will replace damaged products purchased directly from tomkinpress.com free of charge. 
• Within 30 days of delivery, you may return a physical product purchased directly from tomkinpress.com. The product must be returned in "like new" condition at your expense. 
• Digital purchases made through tomkinpress.com cannot be canceled. If your expectations are not met or you encounter issues downloading your products, please contact us.
